POSITION: Call Centre Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and help them with their inquiries.
- Before discussing any accounts, products, or information with clients, verify their identity using business protocols.
- Keep customer information up to date in the internal CRM system.
- Assist consumers with their questions, provide product information, and accept payments over the phone.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed for product renewals, contract renewals, or other services they may require.
- Ensure that all sales and products/services sold are recorded in the CRM system.
- Work in accordance with data security policies at all times.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to consumers at all times, and make sure they leave the call satisfied and delighted.
- Forward client complaints to the complaints team or management.
- Work in accordance with company KPIs for call volume and service levels.
- Make sure clients are kept informed about the status of their request or service.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: HND or Degree.
- Experience: Fluent in French, strong communication skills, ability to chat on the phone for long hours.
