THE ROLE

Recruitment officers typically have a deep knowledge of the industry they’re working in. This allows them to better understand the types of jobs that are available and which candidates would be best suited to those positions.

JOB DUTIES:

• Firstly, helping the company attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media and other tactics
• Secondly, interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position
• Thirdly, reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet the qualifications for the position
• Also conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job
• Additionally, participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager or supervisor
• Aside from that, maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
• Last but not least, scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job
• Lastly, recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• At least 2 years of work experience in the recruitment field
