Job Responsibilities
Expected duties should comprise, but not be restricted to, the following:
- Assists in the planning and coordination of various programs within the institute with assistance to guarantee the accomplishment of designated program objectives.
- Oversees the program’s operations, including gathering information, maintaining records, and responding to questions and mail.
- Aids in the planning, organizing, and completion of program tasks.
- Prepares agendas, makes presentations, handles logistics, and oversees meetings, conferences, programs, and/or special events.
- Participates fully in meetings by showing up, taking minutes, reporting back, and monitoring action items to make sure they are completed.
- Takes part in ideation meetings for educational initiatives.
