An Upcoming Homegrown Fast Food Restaurant is looking for a Dynamic Restaurant General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant
- Secondly, Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery
- Thirdly, Responsible for customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair
- Moreover, Inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members
- Then, Financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
- Also, Other duties as required or assigned.
Criteria:
- Graduate (any stream) or 3 years Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Then, Minimum 2 years of work experience wherein minimum of a year as Senior.
- Afterwards, Experience in Supervisory role (Hotel) /unit manager role (Retail)
