Job purpose:
Help the security guards with paperwork and coordination so that they can do their job of keeping people safe and well.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities (Accountabilities and results) Weight (%)
- Provide support and coordination for the Security Guards and make sure that the right records are kept and that all vehicles, visitors, and goods that enter or leave the building are inspected or screened.
- Also make sure that the security procedures in the office follow the policies of the organization.
- Provide security support, coordination, and orientation and/or briefings for visitors when asked. Also, do periodic security risk assessments in the office when the HEA& Security Manager asks you to.
- Keep a record of all security incidents and do what the Security Manager tells you to do next. 10% Oversee and track the movement of all vehicles that enter and leave the World Vision Ghana compound. This includes organization vehicles, personal vehicles driven by staff, and vehicles driven by visitors.
- Plan and make sure there is enough security at the office during national programs. Coordinate and check out people who come into the office.
- Keep an eye on and supervise Security Guards to make sure they do their jobs well at WV Ghana. 10% Send regular reports to the HEA and Security Manager every month.
- Make sure that all duplicate keys and other classified documents are kept in a safe place under Security, and make sure that all office property is safe in general. 10% ° Total 100
