JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the recruitment of employee including the planning, organizing and
implementing the interview according to company recruitment management policy - Record and summarize the causal staff and permanent staff info. in terms of age, gender, recruitment channel, birth region, education background and so on
- Conduct Background check on possible candidates
- Ease new hires for the company by taking on screening, recruiting, interviewing, placing staffs, on-boarding new workers among other administrative and strategic hiring duties.
- Developing new recruitment Channels
QUALITIES OF CANDIDATE
- High degree of professionalism in delivery of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
- A good team player; relate well with supervisors and subordinates
- Be able to work under minimum supervision
- Good administrative and organization skills
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of first Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or its equivalent
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar duties
- Membership to Professional certification is an added advantage.
SALARY RANGE: Attractive and dependent on Experience and Exposure
