REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
LOCATION: TAKORADI
ACCOMODATION: YES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the recruitment of employee including the planning, organizing and
  implementing the interview according to company recruitment management policy
• Record and summarize the causal staff and permanent staff info. in terms of age, gender, recruitment channel, birth region, education background and so on
• Conduct Background check on possible candidates
• Ease new hires for the company by taking on screening, recruiting, interviewing, placing staffs, on-boarding new workers among other administrative and strategic hiring duties.
• Developing new recruitment Channels

QUALITIES OF CANDIDATE

• High degree of professionalism in delivery of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
• A good team player; relate well with supervisors and subordinates
• Be able to work under minimum supervision
• Good administrative and organization skills

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of first Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or its equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar duties
• Membership to Professional certification is an added advantage.

SALARY RANGE: Attractive and dependent on Experience and Exposure
