POSITION: Marketing and Advertising Officer
Job Description
An experienced proactive professional worker with at least two years of experience in secretarial, administrative, or marketing roles.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing marketing strategies.
- Identifying and defining audiences through research and data analysis.
- Conducting promotional activities.
- Organizing and sharing financial and statistical data.
- Overseeing social media campaigns.
- Evaluating campaign efficacy.
- Reporting on trends and statistics from all digital media outlets.
- Overseeing advertising department operations and personnel.
- Working with staff, clients, or an advertising agency to set and achieve project objectives, budgets, and schedules.
- Creating advertising methods that pique buyers’ interest in items or services.
- Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and efficient.
- Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients and other third parties.
- Initiating and guiding research endeavours.
- Data collection, analysis, and presentation to other stakeholders, such as management and clients.
- Participating in the advertising department’s hiring and evaluation processes.
- Offering expert advice on marketing and advertising strategies for new and existing products or services.
Required Skill or Experience
- Microsoft Experience
- Effective communication.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
