Position: HR/ADMIN OFFICER with bookkeeping experience.

Our Human Resources Department must have excellent communication skills and be able to relate to people from all backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong recruitment skills and a proven ability to improve talent acquisition tactics.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail combined with sound judgement.
- Liaise between employees and the CEO.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Reinforce the company culture.
- Maintaining accurate staff records and payroll data.
- Invoice payments (basic bookkeeping).
- Managers conduct quarterly staff reviews.
- Employee disagreements should be resolved using business policies.
- Implement administrative and procurement acts, as well as other logging-related rules.
- Prepare data for skill evaluation to determine employee training needs.
- Create a corporate policy manual.
- Must be knowledgeable in Zoho and other software packages.
- Adhere to the Human Resources Regulation Act.
- General office administration.
Academic/Professional Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, or social sciences from a reputable educational institution. Must have completed one year of National Service.
- Bonus points if you’ve previously worked for the Forestry Commission or a similar organization.
Work Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years’ post-qualification job experience.

- Research and data analysis.
- A team player.
- Report writing skills.
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2003, Act 663, the Labour Act, and other HR and administrative regulations.
SALARY: Pay ranges from GHC 2000 to 3000 gross, depending on experience.
