POSITION: OFFICE SECRETARY
- The Secretary shall offer a clerical guide by performing a number of secretarial and professional duties that could encompass writing reports and gathering data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates meetings, appointments, travel meetings, and different assigned activities; takes and distributes minutes, correspondences, and/or different notes as requested
- Performs other clerical and secretarial obligations as requested which may include recordkeeping, maintaining workplace resources, and handling packages and correspondence
- Performs different associated responsibilities as assigned
Required Talents/Capabilities:
- Must be professional, have good communication skills and pay attention to detail
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Primary understanding and use of office equipment, clerical processes, and structures such as recordkeeping and filing.
Education and Experience:
- At least a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) in a similar field will be an advantage
- At least a year of working experience in a similar role is preferred
