Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and outcome-oriented Business Development Manager – Corporate, tasked with executing our growth strategies and fostering robust partnerships in the corporate sector. Main Duties:
Strategic Development and Business Expansion
- Develop and execute strategic business growth plans to meet organizational goals.
- Recognize and assess possible markets, collaborations, and chances for increasing revenue.
- Perform market analysis to grasp trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements.
Client Recruitment and Relationship Oversight:
- Develop and preserve robust relationships with current and prospective corporate clients.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize significant contracts with corporate partners.
- Serve as the main contact for corporate clients, guaranteeing outstanding customer service.
Collaboration Advancement
- Recognize and form strategic alliances to improve market visibility and foster joint growth.
- Work alongside internal teams to create customized solutions that fulfill client needs.
Tracking and Reporting Performance
- Attain essential performance metrics and deliver frequent performance reports to the Head of Unit.
- Compile and deliver business development reports, encompassing advancements, obstacles, and suggestions.
Interdepartmental Cooperation
- Collaborate closely with different teams to synchronize strategies and provide value to business clients.
- Gather insights and feedback from clients to guide service improvements.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a similar area (master’s degree is preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management in the corporate industry.
- Deep comprehension of corporate sales procedures and B2B relationship handling.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation.
- Capacity to assess data and create practical strategies.
- Expertise in CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Robust leadership skills and the capacity to sway stakeholders across all tiers.
- Goal-driven with an emphasis on reaching objectives and promoting business expansion.
