Position: Sales & Marketing (National Service Personnel).

Company Description:

Bonvas Tours Limited is a technology-driven and sustainable travel operator based in Ghana that offers complete services to and from the country (Ghana) and the subregion (Africa). We are looking for motivated national service workers to join our team and contribute to our aim of providing great tourism services in Ghana and beyond.

Role Description:

As an NSP with Bonvas Tours, you will receive practical experience in your chosen subject while working on real-world projects. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain industry-specific skills, and help create the future of tourism.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the creation of marketing strategy.
• Conducting market research on competing products.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for corporate items.
• Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
• Working with the sales team to create targeted sales tactics.
• Answering clients’ questions about product specifications and applications.
• Maintaining client relationships.
• Tracking sales data to guarantee the company reaches its sales targets.
• Generate and show sales performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Ready to begin national service (2024/2025).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sales background.
• Proficiency in applicable digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Passion for the Tourism Industry
• Self-motivated, willing to learn.
