The Utilities Manager will be in charge of controlling and supplying high-quality water, steam, refrigeration, and compressed air to the Mixing and Processing, Packaging, and other departments to achieve AOP under all engineering, regulatory, and safety standards.
In this position, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager.
The post is permanent and headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
About yourself:
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or related subject.
- At least 5–10 years of expertise in utility operations, management, and maintenance engineering in the food industry.
- Proven first-line maintenance skills.
- Resource management skills
- People management abilities
2. GPS Manager
The GPS Manager will be responsible for proactively interacting with internal and external stakeholders to make a visible effect, driving the GPS cycle and (S&OP process) to fulfill business priorities, and providing strong leadership for Danone’s integration and optimization in countries.
In this position, you will report directly to the Operations Director.
The post is permanent and headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of operational experience in any of the following areas is beneficial: demand and supply planning, procurement, and finance.
- Complete understanding of the supply chain and retail/distributor networks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Relevant operational expertise in any of the following areas is beneficial: demand and supply planning, procurement, and finance.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and salesmanship
3. Site Electrical Automation Engineer
The Site Electrical Automation Engineer will be in charge of overseeing all site electrical automation and control systems to ensure the safe, dependable, and optimal functioning of plant and equipment following engineering and safety requirements. In this position, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager.
The post is permanent and headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
About yourself:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated first-line managerial ability.
- Proven first-line maintenance skills.
- Resource management skills
- Capability to manage complications.
