Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and outcome-focused Regional Sales Lead to oversee our activities in the Ashanti Region. The perfect candidate will possess significant hands-on experience in sales and distribution, especially in agricultural products. They will enhance customer loyalty, brand advancement, and expansion in the area.

An established leader who takes a practical approach to overseeing sales teams and meeting regional objectives, possessing extensive knowledge of agricultural input distribution and customer relationship management.
Main Duties:
- Oversee and assist the regional technical sales team, guaranteeing task completion, encouragement, and resource distribution
- Create and execute regional sales plans to meet business goals and guarantee customer retention and expansion
- Foster solid connections with current clients, recognize cross-selling and upgrade prospects, and address customer concerns quickly.
- Deliver insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Arrange field demonstrations, research and development trials, and events like village and field days to involve farmers and showcase products
- Supervise regional inventory and stock rotation, working alongside the supply chain manager to ensure effective warehouse operations and accurate stock forecasting.
- Guarantee adherence to company policies, internal protocols, and QHSE standards.
- Consistently update management on sales results, customer loyalty, and potential business prospects.
Requirement:
- Education: Master’s degree in business management, engineering, or a similar discipline (Bac + 5).
- Experience: At least 8 years in sales, including a background in the agricultural field and team leadership.
- Broad field experience in the distribution of farming products.
- Capability to formulate and implement sales strategies.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Skilled in utilizing office applications and customer relationship management systems.

- Skill in planning and implementing strategies to maintain and expand customer bases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess market trends and prospects.
- Capable of addressing intricate issues efficiently and adjusting to rapid development settings.
