POSITION: Account Management & Sales Officer
Overview of the Position
In the role of an Account Management & Sales Officer, you will be essential in promoting revenue increase and sustaining robust client connections. Duties
Customer Involvement
- Establish and nurture solid connections with current and prospective clients.
- Hold meetings, showcase products, and deliver presentations to meet client requirements.
- Comprehend client goals and provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Implementation
- Recognize and seek out fresh business prospects by means of prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Attain personal and collective sales goals through the execution of strategic sales plans.
- Discuss terms and finalize agreements in accordance with company goals.
Client Management
- Manage the complete client experience, from gaining new customers to continued service provision.
- Offer after-sales assistance to guarantee customer satisfaction and address any problems.
- Develop enduring partnerships and recognize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within current accounts.
Market Advancement
- Keep updated on industry trends, rival companies, and market changes to spot new opportunities.
- Help increase the company’s market presence in specified areas or industries.
Reporting and Management
- Keep precise records of clients and sales.
- Compile and present routine sales reports, projections, and account updates to management.

Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 4 years in a sales or account management position, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or similar sectors.
