POSITION: Property Manager
Job Description
Amoako Tuffour Foundation requires the skills of an expert facilities manager to help them increase their portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Setting, collecting, and depositing rent
- Marketing, exhibiting, and leasing unoccupied units.
- Screening, signing, and renewing leases for renters
- Addressing tenant concerns and complaints
- Schedule and track property maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate with property owners and comply with landlord-tenant legislation.
- Managing the finances, paperwork, and taxes for properties
- Renting out unused spaces.
Required Skill or Experience
- The ideal candidate should be female, have at least 3 years of experience in the field, and have strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer Service Skills
