POSITION: Brand and Marketing Manager
Legendary Foods seeks an experienced and creative Brand Manager to manage and promote both our product and corporate brands on a Ghanaian, pan-African, and global scale. The Brand Manager will be in charge of creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, guaranteeing consistent brand representation, and driving revenue development across several geographies.
Duties of the role:
Branding Strategy:
- Create and implement global branding strategy for product lines and the corporate brand.
- Ensure brand initiatives match with broader corporate objectives.
- Recognize and capitalize on market trends to improve brand positioning.
Marketing campaigns:
- Create, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies for online and offline platforms.
- Create effective marketing materials, content, and commercials for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Manage BTL and ATL marketing initiatives.
Online and offline presence:
- Manage Legendary Foods’ online presence across social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain a strong offline presence across several mediums, including print and events.
Global Brand Management:
- Customize marketing techniques for various markets while preserving a unified worldwide brand identity.
- Work with regional teams to customize campaigns to reflect local cultures and tastes.
Reputation Management:
- Maintain and improve global reputation for product and business brands.
- Manage feedback and reviews to maintain favorable brand reputation.
Customer Segments:
- Target specific client segments with personalized message and marketing methods.
- Conduct market research to understand client requirements and preferences.
Reporting and analysis:
- Regularly report on marketing strategies’ performance and impact on brand growth.
- Use data insights to improve and optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG or food-tech sectors.
- Expertise in adapting marketing strategies to varied markets and recognizing global trends.
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing, content production, and social media management.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with an emphasis on revenue growth and brand equity.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing channels.
- Years of experience: 3–5 years.
