Liberty Financial is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions.

1. Project Officer

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of project plans, which include establishing the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to guarantee a successful project outcome.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and send regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, such as reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project initiatives and decisions.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Identify potential risks and concerns, then provide ways to limit their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Support project planning and financial tracking while adhering to organizational policies.
  • Assist in evaluating project outcomes and suggesting changes for future endeavours.

Required Skill or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in [Related Field] or similar experience.
  • Proven experience with project management or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to efficiently prioritize activities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team setting and form good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in [a particular industry or sector important to the company].
  • Knowledge of [any specific tools, processes, or frameworks applicable to the projects].

2. Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Filing, creating reports and presentations, organizing meetings, and reordering supplies are all examples of office tasks.
  • Providing real-time scheduling assistance by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, renting automobiles, and making reservations at hotels and restaurants.
  • Screening phone calls and directing them to the right party.
  • Using computers to make reports, transcribe meeting minutes, prepare presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication by phone, email, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and enjoyable encounter.

Required Skill or Experience

  • An associate’s degree in a comparable field.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly typing.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Multilingualism may be preferable or essential.
  • Desire to be proactive in providing a positive experience for others.
