POSITION: Lawyer (Legal Team Leader)

Position Overview
We are a well-established legal and management consulting firm located in the Labone/Cantonments region that supports both public and private sector clients across various industries, such as energy, oil and gas, banking, finance, agriculture, and human resources. We are seeking a lawyer to head the legal team, ensuring that the firm delivers reliable legal counsel and top-notch professional services to its clients. You will additionally assist the company’s management consulting operations.
This is engaging and varied work that will involve:
- Coordinating with Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.
- Consulting with clients, policymakers, and experts on both technical and non-technical matters.
- Carrying out research and offering insights and advice concerning business dealings.
- Examining and creating contractual agreements.
- Legislative evaluations, interpretation, and composition.
- Preparation, examination, and composition of reports.
- Conducting negotiations, presentations, and meetings.
- Business expansion and increase of the company’s customer base.
Required Skills or Experience
- Skilled attorney, possessing a strong post-call history.
- Postgraduate degrees obtained from accredited higher education institutions.
- 5 to 8 years of total work experience.
- Computer literacy is crucial (MS Word/Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with the necessary job requirement areas.
- An astute mind with outstanding analytical, written, and presentation abilities.
- Outstanding and proactive collaborator with an optimistic outlook.
- Perceptive with a robust focus on leadership.
This is a full-time position, requiring additional hours during weekdays and occasional weekends.
