What the job entails
The person in this role will work with the Senior Manager to plan, carry out, and report on management consulting projects for the firm.
Among the job responsibilities will be:
- Planning, researching, and carrying out a project.
- Dealing with high-level clients and negotiating with them
- Doing project work and services on the field
- Making presentations to clients and writing analytical reports
- Taking charge of the project team and being a leader
- Trying to get the company new business and making sure it gets it
Required Skills or Experience
- Good first degree from a well-known school.
- A graduate degree in finance, economics, business administration, governance, law, etc.
- Between 5 and 10 years of work experience.
- Familiarity with the local terrain and experience traveling abroad.
- Knows a lot, can think well, and can analyze things very well.
- The ability to write proposals that win.
- Ability to meet client needs on time and to the quality standards of the firm.
- Excellent at talking to people and writing reports.
- The ability to lead and work well with others.
- Can work full time during the week and often on weekends.
