POSITION: Customer Service Representative
We are a privately held firm established in 2004, specializing in providing tailored Direct Search, Management Consulting, and Staffing Services. Spanning numerous sectors and areas of expertise, BCL Group has acquired significant experience as a reliable business partner for both clients and candidates.
Employment Overview:
- Handle numerous incoming phone calls
- Produce Sales Lead
- Recognize and evaluate customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster enduring relationships and trust with customer accounts by means of transparent and engaging dialogue.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions, handle customer accounts, and organize files.
- Address customer grievances, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; follow up to confirm resolutions.
- Deliver precise, authentic, and comprehensive information through appropriate methods/tools.
- Achieve individual/customer service team sales objectives and call management quotas.
- Adhere to communication protocols, standards, and regulations.
- Go above and beyond to involve customers.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years of work experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
- History of consistently exceeding targets
- Excellent telephone communication abilities and attentive listening skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and methodologies
- Focus on customers and the capability to adjust/respond to various personality types.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and utilize time efficiently
