New Employment Opportunity at Ericsson
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager to lead assigned customer projects and make sure that project goals are met, customer expectations are met, and the customer relationship is handled in the best way possible within the scope of the contract.
What You Will Do
- You will set the baseline for the project plan by defining the project’s scope, getting the resources you need, and planning and keeping track of all activities.
- Drive project execution: keep track of project activities, changes, conflicts, and important issues, and deal with them.
- Handle customer and partner engagement by managing customer relationships, building trust and confidence, making sure the project is moving forward and setting up meetings and customer events.
- Deal with project financing: make sure the financial system is being watched.
- Help the business grow by taking part in the preparation of contracts and pre-sales meetings.
- Develop the CPM area of study: Creative ideas can make processes, methods, and tools easier to use.
You’ll bring
- Minimum Graduate Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects (budget management, risks analysis, etc.)
- Shown skill in delivering BSS and IT projects – Billing, CRM, project experience with migration, configurations, customizations, 3PP integrations, and other things.
- Financial knowledge and the ability to analyze.
- Business knowledge and consulting skills for selling
- Learn about customers and the market.
- Skills for negotiating, persuading, and influencing
- Project Management Skills
- Health and safety at work (OHS)!
- Leading, supervising, planning & organizing skills
- Skill with the English language!
Additional Requirements
- Certifications from PMI, PMP, and Prince2 – The CPM should be certified for the level of job they hold.
- Project sales process & Contract management 3rd party supplier’s management experience
- Mobile financial experience
- BSCS, setting up, customizing, and integrating applications, and managing software development projects
- Having worked on projects that needed 30 or more REST/JSON/etc. integrations with 3PPs (banks, merchants, suppliers, etc)
- PM, Solution Integration Lead, and Vendor delivery experience
