We are searching for an amazing Customer Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding Support team and work across our ride-hailing and food-delivery companies. The role would be based at our office in Accra, Ghana.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a young, vibrant team. You’ll have the opportunity to assist us enhance our processes and make them more effective while still providing the finest client experience.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:

  • Help Bolt’s food and ride-hailing users get the most out of our apps. Support queries would come from several means, such as phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Working on other projects to improve our procedures and client experience.
  • Create loyal admirers by showing them we truly care.
  • Working together with stakeholders to provide ideas that will improve the quality of our services.

About You:

  • You understand what excellent customer care looks like and are prepared to go the additional mile.
  • You approach obstacles with an open mind, seeing them as opportunities.
  • You are always willing to put consumers first and are enthusiastic about assisting others.
  • You can use an analytical approach to understand why customer support is called in the first place and be prepared to communicate the tale to other departments within Bolt.
  • You are fluent in both English and the local language.
  • You are a hustler, not stopping at 20 difficulties every day.
  • Basic Google Sheets familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience is valuable, but what we seek is passion, knowledge, and honesty. So, even if you don’t check all the boxes, please consider applying!
