Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Human Resources Administrative process, as well as the management of Welfare services such as insurance, medical benefits, pension schemes, and social benefits.
- Emphasize the importance of discipline and actively participate in disciplinary committee meetings
- Offering administrative assistance to management to ensure the efficient operation of their work activities.
- Ensure efficient management of employees’ leave and maintain regular updates. Facilitate the onboarding process
- Take an active role in the talent acquisition process
Qualifications Required
- The ideal candidate should possess a maximum of 3 years of working experience in FMCG or Telco.
- Obtained a degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university
- Strong grasp of labour law and effective HR practices
- Impressive PowerPoint Presentation skills
- Being able to speak French is a valuable asset.
