Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience Required
- A first degree or diploma in any discipline is required.
- National service must be performed.
- Age range: 18 to 30.
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a culinary staff.
- Menus and daily specials are created and planned.
- Make a prep list for the kitchen team.
- Control food costs and inventory.
- Maintain food storage, rotation, quality, and aesthetic standards.
- Ensure that all applicable health codes and regulations are followed.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- SHS grads or higher
- Basic food preparation knowledge
- Age range: 18 to 30 years
