CAF is looking to recruit qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
Requirements (profile):
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of project management and event planning/sports marketing expertise are required.
- Experience managing several projects and adjusting priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign expertise are required.
- Capability to travel to and from corporate conferences and events (including plane travel).
- Microsoft Office product knowledge Curiosity, eccentricity, and self-assurance.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and/or French; command in any of the other
- CAF’s official languages (English, French, or Arabic) are an asset.
2. Senior Manager – Guest Relations Team Lead
Requirements (profile):
- A master’s degree in a related discipline (for example, international relations, hospitality management, or political science) is required.
- Minimum of ten years of guest management experience, especially in an international sports organization, an intergovernmental agency, or a diplomatic setting.
- A proven track record of team leadership and management success.
- A proven track record of event success (100 events).
- Large-scale events (1000 attendees) have a proven track record.
- Excellent understanding of convention, decorum, and cultural sensitivities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish and develop connections with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage many projects at the same time are required.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and French, as well as command of Arabic, is preferred.
- Football interest is a plus.
- It is necessary to be familiar with Team, Zoom, Excel, Outlook, and Mail merge.
- Quality and performance are important to us.
- A good communicator who can express the department’s point of view.
- Team builder and leader.
