MULTIMEDIA ASSOCIATE​​ At Abeyie Studios

A multimedia associate is responsible for all creatives -conceptualising and creating graphics, flyers, videos, etc.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce graphic materials using a range of media, methods, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to lead and train other colleagues.
• Video production and editing.
• Coordinate/produce and organize meetings and/or special events.
• Train organization’s new members regarding use of media database plus develop targeted and effectual press lists.
• Introduce organizations to the company through online “tours,” as well as manage all member accounts in salesforce.
• Maintain regular contact with member organizations, analyze respective communications and media training requirements.
• Provide continuing assistance to attain identified needs.
• Support organizations to use clipping service to supervise, analyze and manage respective press coverage.
• Provide company with editing assistance for media efforts reviewing Op-Eds, press releases, online press rooms, and various media content.
• Participate to develop communications strategies to facilitate company and coalitions advance policy goals and objectives.
• Prepare focused media lists targeting journalists covering prime policy issues.
• Support to provide groups with in-person media, communications, and online training inclusive of the training of on-camera interview, strategic communications, op-ed, editorial outreach, and crisis communications.
