MTN Ghana is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions

1. Analyst, Risk Management-Support

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, computer sciences, or a similar subject. • Professional risk management qualifications preferred.
• Experience: Three years of related experience, preferably in IT, telecommunications, or financial services. Extensive project planning and management experience.
• Training: Risk management, business continuity, information security management, analytics (CCM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Skills and physical competencies:

• Capability to manage conflict, accountability, self and team performance.
• Innovative, take the initiative, goal-oriented, and continually develop themselves.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on the client and a strong collaborative spirit.
• Reliability, honesty, and ethics in interactions.
• Capable of prioritizing and planning work, as well as successfully managing and monitoring it.
• Effective written and verbal communication, presenting skills,
• Consultancy and facilitation skills.
• A global thinker with problem-solving talents.
• The ability to handle situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to manage one’s own time and workload while juggling competing priorities.
• Professional approach with a can-do attitude.

2. Manager, Operational Compliance

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and professional certification in PMP/COSO or Business Process Optimisation.

Experience

• 5 years or more of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in a relevant sector, industry, or area of specialization (knowledge of emerging markets is beneficial).
• Work experience in various cultures.
• Have worked in a medium to large organization.

Knowledge:

• Demonstrates business acumen and a commitment to legality.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation, reporting, and writing.
• Expertise in internal controls management, policy design, stakeholder relations, telecommunications, and computer literacy.
