Position Summary
Plan and carry out development actions, such as sales prospecting, marketing, and client relations, to help the company reach its goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in sales management, marketing, or a similar area.
- At least 5 years of work in a similar job
- Must have a good understanding of both customer service and sales and marketing in a business-to-business setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Use the right research tools, sector-specific targeting, and cold calling to find new business possibilities.
- Introduce the company’s goods to the corporate and business markets through brokers, employers, banks, and other new corporate networks in the industry.
- Set up and run a network of traders to help meet sales goals.
- Find, get, grow, and keep new and current clients.
- Make and use a promotion and sales plan to grow your business.
- Regularly analyze distribution methods and come up with plans to reach sales goals.
- Create tools that make it easy to compare one’s success to goals on a regular basis.
- Smartly starts, runs, and finishes business deals on a regular basis.
- Build and keep ties with clients and other important people.
- Find, get, grow, and keep new and current clients.
Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of the product or brand, communication skills, bargaining skills, etc.
