Position: DEPUTY DIRECTOR

The company’s goal is to promote social happiness and well-being through marriage. In this regard, the organization offers a one-stop shop for marriage support. We offer four unique but linked packages that include Marriage Partner Identification, counselling services, and Marriage Event Management.

Job Description

The company’s operations are expanding with the launch of new items such as online marriage stores, specialized television programs, the opening of a Kumasi branch, and the introduction of a variety of new services, including marriage registrations.

The Deputy Director will primarily report to the CEO/Director, providing leadership and guidance to the team as it implements the numerous projects that are planned. Specifically, the Deputy Director will:

• Assist the CEO with critical activities as needed.
• Interact with corporate partners during the implementation of various programs.
• Develop and implement annual work plans.
• Monitor the progress of the company’s numerous initiatives.
• Oversee the financial management activities of the organization.
• Manage employees and find, recruit, and retain talent.

Compensation

Attractive and commensurate with experience. This is a blend of fixed and performance-based incentives in the form of bonus payments upon meeting criteria. We also pay SSNIT.

Required Skill or Experience

The ideal applicant for this position should have or display the following qualities:

• Previous management experience in a demanding or start-up company.
• Capable of making bold, inventive, and purpose-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• I am willing to work flexible hours.
• A minimum of a first degree from a recognized higher institution. Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous.
• The ability to drive will be advantageous.
