POSITION: Fleet Documentation Officer

Position Overview: 

This is a full-time in-person position for a Fleet Documentation Officer based in Accra. The Fleet Documentation Officer ensures precision, effectiveness, and excellent customer service while delivering clerical services that facilitate and uphold repair and maintenance job orders, in addition to supporting fleet services.

Primary Duties:

  • Handle and oversee vehicle registration paperwork, licenses, and permits.
  • Coordinate with DVLA to make certain all paperwork is legitimate and current.
  • Monitor and oversee the expiration dates of documents and take the initiative to start renewals.
  • Generate and provide vehicle documentation as needed (e.g., activation, finalization of hire purchase contracts).
  • Digitally scan and store physical vehicle documents for secure storage and convenient access (both on-site and off-site).
  • Keep clear and brief electronic records of all documentation efforts.
  • Support fleet managers and additional departments with inquiries related to documentation.
  • Aid in the ongoing enhancement of fleet documentation procedures.
  • Guarantee compliance with SLA on delivery.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities that are necessary and appropriate for the position’s level and designation.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Applicant should possess an HND/degree in a related field.
