POSITION: Supervisor, Logistics
Job Summary
Connect with clearing agents and inspection companies to make sure items are cleared on time by checking the arrival of shipments, including air and sea imports.
Context

Key Tasks
- Help ship goods from one place to another.
- Ensure documents and information flow smoothly.
- Make sure duties on shipments are paid on time.
- Communicate with shipping lines for shipment updates.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on all import/export activities.
- Inform the manager about port activities in a safe and cost-effective way, including storage needs.
- Document and keep files of all received shipped materials for company records.
- Track goods every day to ensure they reach customers safely.
- Keep records of customer orders, deliveries, and signed contracts for official purposes.
Qualifications Required
- Education: A degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or Logistics and Transport Management.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a related field.
- Knowledge: Skills in Microsoft Office, logistics management, planning, transport operations, freight forwarding, clearance processes, customs regulations, negotiation, and supplier management.
