POSITION: HR Learning Officer
Job Description.
This person is in charge of general HR/Learning Administration, offering process and client assistance, and is individually accountable for attaining goals through their efforts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate training delivery, both in person and virtually. This includes assistance with training material preparation, enrollment management, and, in some cases, logistics.
- Assist in developing reports on training program participation, feedback, and impact.
- Track post-training action plans and follow up with participants to ensure that the skills taught are put into practice.
- Liaise with external training vendors to improve communication and ensure program success.
- Contribute to creating a good and supportive learning environment that promotes ongoing growth and development within the organization.
- Reports on the strengths and limitations of the learning experiences and promotes learning. Interventions are made when and if necessary.
- In addition, the Line Manager assigns all additional obligations.
Competencies
- Experience with both modern and traditional training approaches.
- Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking abilities, along with advanced computer capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates with comparable experience in previous positions are preferred.
Requirements:
- First degree from an approved university.
- Years of experience in training and development or related domains.
- Having two or more years of related job experience is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- The ability to behave with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Excellent people management capabilities.
- Works well under pressure and fulfills tight deadlines.
