Duties
- Develop and execute a strategic social media strategy that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing goals across various platforms.
- Create captivating and visually attractive material to enhance brand recognition and foster customer involvement.
- Reply quickly to comments, messages, and questions from followers on social media.
- Create and implement focused social media ad campaigns to connect with particular demographics and meet marketing objectives.
- Revise and uphold the content of the company website, guaranteeing precision and consistency with brand messaging.
- Work together with other departments to collect content suggestions and guarantee consistency with company objectives.
- Employ social media marketing platforms such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
- Stay updated on the newest trends in social media.
- Track SEO and website traffic
- Examine campaign data and website traffic metrics.
- Enhance connections with social media influencers.
- Enhance the material produced by content creators.
- Engage with stakeholders and upper management.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing social media profiles for a company or organization.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and effective strategies.
- Outstanding abilities in writing, editing, and visual narrative.
- Robust analytical abilities to assess and analyze social media metrics.
- Skill in photography and content creation software is advantageous.
