POSITION: Sales Attendants

Position Summary

We are looking for welcoming and customer-oriented Sales Attendants to be part of our team. Our Attendants are tasked with delivering outstanding customer service, identifying sales opportunities and upselling, keeping the store clean and organized, and helping customers with their purchases.

Duties

• Welcome customers when they come into the store and offer help as required.
• Help customers with their purchases by addressing product inquiries and assisting them in locating what they need.
• Help in promoting and upselling products to achieve sales goals.
• Keep the store clean and orderly, which involves replenishing shelves and ensuring the area is neat.
• Help with inventory oversight, which involves receiving and arranging products.
• Assistance with customer shipments during peak times
• Give feedback to the store manager regarding customer preferences and needs, among other things.

Necessary Skills or Experience

• Proficient in English and either Twi or Ga
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to operate in a high-speed setting and manage various tasks at the same time.
• Must live within convenient reach of Accra Central.

Job Environment

The Retail Assistant will operate in a retail setting, which might involve standing for long durations and working on weekends and holidays. The role might also necessitate lifting and transporting products.

Complete Remuneration: Compensation along with team bonus upon achieving business goals.
