POSITION: Retail Affluent Sales Manager
Job Description.
This person is in charge of developing distribution strategies to reach sales targets. For up to one year, the incumbent is personally responsible for attaining results through others.
Manages a branch’s sales and spending budget in accordance with established targets.
- Responsible for the distribution strategy of products for the wealthy portion of society.
- Responsible for local marketing.
- Identifies and produces coordinated sales opportunities.
- Responsible for external networking and connection development with key door openers.
- Ensures the delivery of consumer value.
- Recruit, manage, develop, and train financial advisers.
Sales/Productivity:
Manages a branch’s sales and spending budget in accordance with established targets.
Identifies and produces coordinated sales opportunities.
Compliance:
Ensures compliance with processes and procedures in order to reduce business risk.
Ensures the delivery of consumer value.
Team Effectiveness:
- Individually responsible for staff time, tasks, and output quality for durations of up to a year.
- Balances own goals with directing and motivating others.
- Plans and assigns work for periods of up to a year.
- Guides and guides employees to meet operational excellence requirements.
- Creates an environment conducive to optimal performance.
- Manages performance.
- Selects possible employees to ensure continued customer/client service delivery.
Marketing:
