POSITION: Premium Administration Head
This function is in charge of ensuring that the business’s strategic initiatives for premium collection and billing are carried out. The incumbent will be in charge of handling all premium collection operations, ensuring that all due premiums are received and allocated to the appropriate insurance. The incumbent will also provide leadership to team members and oversee stakeholder engagement.
Key Result Areas
- Effective premium collection and the development of alternative collection channels.
- On a monthly basis, monitor, analyse, and provide insights into the performance of banks and work sites, as well as identify developing patterns.
- Report on Bank and Worksite billings in detail, as well as non-collection of premiums and how to manage it.
- Conduct a consolidation audit to improve billing and premium consolidation.
Effective stakeholder involvement, effective strategic alliances, and improving data integrity. - Stabilize and maintain an effective management and control environment in premium administration.
- Ensure effective Bancassurance premium administration support.
- Ensure compliance with the insurance laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements: Skills, qualifications, and experience required.
- A bachelor’s degree from an approved university is required.
- Experience with premium administration or a similar function would be desirable.
