Duties:
- Capture, modify, and share top-notch photo & video content that aligns with Kofa’s style.
- Create captivating content that initiates discussions and boosts interaction.
- Work together with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling.
- Monitor content effectiveness and modify tactics to reach important engagement targets.
- Share content a minimum of 3 times weekly, mixing unique material with popular trends.
- Achieve substantial audience expansion, boosting Kofa’s followers and interactions by 10 times.
- Implement social media initiatives, collaborating closely with the broader marketing group.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar area
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media and creating content.
- Demonstrated history of increasing social media audiences—include instances of interaction and follower expansion for both brand and personal accounts.
- Skill in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or comparable)
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms and optimal strategies.
- Outstanding writing abilities, capable of creating captivating, brand-aligned captions and posts.
- Proficient in overseeing social media analytics, applying data to enhance content strategies.
- Capacity to work autonomously while engaging with a creative group.
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and Kofa’s goal to transform energy accessibility in Africa.
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with sponsored social media ads and partnerships with influencers.
- Skills in graphic design for producing visually engaging content
- Understanding of SEO and content promotion tactics
- Capability to utilize AI tools for streamlining workflows, boosting efficiency, and elevating content production
