POSITION: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Create marketing programs using the proper marketing mix to achieve stated goals.
- Provide consultative assistance that identifies proactive and value-added solutions to fulfill corporate requirements.
- Monitor strategy on a frequent basis and implement corrective actions to provide experience in marketing, branding, and business development.
- Plan, implement, and oversee all marketing, branding, and advertising efforts, ensuring that they are prudently and successively aligned with the overall corporate strategy.
- Oversees the department’s daily workflow and monitors the activities of all marketing and sales workers.
- Provides constructive and timely performance reviews for assigned staff.
- Manage significant customer engagements, from sales to delivery.
- Request, coordinate, and deploy internal resources to support customers while ensuring that internal teams share a similar understanding of client presentations.
- Prepare and present classified client presentations.
- Ensure attainment of both individual and corporate sales targets.
Required Skill or Experience
Qualification & Experience
- Obtain a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a similar subject.
- At least three years of progressive work experience in a similar position.
- A thorough understanding of the principles and techniques used to promote, exhibit, and sell items and services.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent supervision and leadership skills.
- The ability to establish, manage, and monitor budgets.
- Prior work experience in a construction company is advantageous.
