POSITION: Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning: Overall responsibility for the development, budgeting, and execution of sales strategies for customer acquisition for numerous brands in the company’s portfolio.
- Lead generation: Manage the entire sales process, from lead creation to negotiation and closure.
- Agent Management: Create and maintain an agent network to serve as the primary distribution channel for the company’s products and services. Provide agents with current information on a regular basis, objectively analyze their efficacy, and develop appropriate incentive/reward mechanisms to stimulate their performance.
- Product Development and Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to understand and showcase product features, and assist marketing teams in creating effective campaigns that appeal to current and prospective customers.
- Managing client relationships: Develop and sustain good customer connections. Customers should be kept informed about the items by showcasing their characteristics and how they contribute to or improve the customer experience. Keep consumers updated about their accounts, anticipate and solve their questions and concerns, and provide a great customer experience.
- Research and reporting: Monitor sales performance and report on the effectiveness of sales strategy and efforts to the Managing Director. Scan the market on a regular basis and use the findings to inform product development for diverse brands.
Required Skill or Experience
- Please apply if you have at least four years of demonstrated sales experience across various sectors. You must be acutely aware of marketing opportunities that are relevant and acceptable to our brands.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related profession would be beneficial.
- Our desired applicant will be a great networker and communicator, as well as a skilled user of the Microsoft Office product suite.
- You must be able to operate alone as well as part of a team and have great organizational and time management abilities.
