POSITION: Community Sales Manager

The Opportunity

As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll be in charge of ensuring the efficient operation of your Regus center while also looking for methods to grow sales and revenue, allowing more people to reap the benefits of flexible working hours. You will inspire your team to establish a positive working atmosphere in order to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

A normal day in Regus

You begin each day with an informal team meeting over coffee to plan the day and ensure that everyone is prepared.

With one eye on reception, you may see members arriving as well as the first meeting room guests. You greet them and accompany them to their conference room, where you show them the facilities and assist them in setting up their WiFi connections and AV equipment for their presentation.

Later, you’ll meet to learn more about a new member and his business needs. You consider the other businesses in the center and how you might be able to connect him to a couple who could be interested in attending the networking event later in the week.

A huge company is taking over an entire level of the centre and will move in next week. You go over the transfer in detail with the reception crew, ensuring that the welcome package is available and that all badges and keys are ready for distribution.

At midday, a pair walks in and asks about coworking membership. Your sales colleague is on their lunch break, so you offer them a coffee and show them around the centre, highlighting all the benefits of Regus membership.

Later in the afternoon, you hold a monthly operation meeting for Community Sales Managers from your local cluster of centers, as well as the regional Operations Manager. After the meeting, you take a final trip around the building, speaking with members and asking how their day went as they begin to relax and head home.

About You

We are searching for someone with the experience and aptitude to run a smooth company. You’ll need to be an adept multitasker who can anticipate problems before they arise and keep a team motivated and focused on providing excellent service. You also have to be:

  • The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or events business. They should also be confident, personable, and capable of developing strong customer connections.
  • A excellent manager sets a good example and motivates and inspires their staff. They enjoy taking responsibility for problems and finding solutions.
  • Positive, eager, and able to adjust to rapidly changing events.
  • Confident in using MS Office and other basic IT packages.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, with a focus on great customer service.
  • Inspire your team of associates and enhance their skills to get the best out of each member.
  • Promote your center to new consumers and show them how flexible workspace may benefit their business.
  • Create leads by hosting engaging networking events in your town.
