POSITION: Assistant Loan Officer
JOSI Micro Credit is a Kumasi-based money lending organization regulated by the Bank of Ghana to provide microfinance services. With over ten years of expertise in the microcredit sector, the company is currently restructuring to better serve its clients and is looking for a highly talented individual to serve as Assistant Loan Officer, reporting to the Head of Loans and Recovery.
Duties
- Identify and propose reliable clients for support.
- Recover loans on a daily or weekly basis. Maintain client records.
- Make suggestions to better serve clients.
- Other duties will be allocated by management.
Required qualifications and experience
- Minimum of Senior High School, Vocational or Technical Education
- Highly respectful and customer-oriented.
- The person with high moral integrity and can be trusted.
- Must be a resident of Kumasi or ready to relocate
