Webster University Ghana Campus is a private university in Accra, Ghana. It is the Ghanaian campus of Webster University, based in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.
As a member of the Webster University Network, Webster Ghana students have the option of studying abroad at any of Webster’s campuses located in eight different countries.

Job Title: Head of Student Affairs
Job Profile: The successful applicant will lead the student affairs team of an international educational institution (university) and report directly to the Director.
Job location: Accra
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and run an annual calendar of activities to promote student retention and quality student life
- Serve as a chaperone and first point of call for student comments, concerns, feedback, complaints
- Responsible for all aspects of study abroad activities and recruitment
- Proactive in creating engaging student activities and providing support for the Student Government Association (SGA)
- Works closely with the admissions, recruiting, career center, finance, and marketing team to promote the University’s mission
- Enforce student policies and ensure compliance with home campus and Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) requirements
- Responsible for the management of the student residence and all related matters
- Serve as a member of committees as assigned by Director in support of the University’s operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in student services, administration, customer service or in a higher education administration environment.
- Experience in international education or study abroad is an added advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills: speaking, listening, and writing
- Demonstrated supervision experience, ability to manage relationships and work effectively in a team
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in student programs design
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills
Duration: Two-year contract (renewable based upon performance)
