POSITION: Field Sales Representative

Position Summary
This position is a full-time on-site job based in Accra for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will focus on locating and reaching out to prospective clients, showcasing and demonstrating products, negotiating agreements, and finalizing sales. Other duties involve managing relationships with current clients, performing market analysis, and participating in industry events to connect and create leads.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Bargaining and finalizing fresh agreements through diverse sales techniques.
- Achieving individual and collective sales targets
- Collaborating with different teams to enhance sales and profits.
- Establishing connections with clients in their area.
- Investigating and developing new prospects in their area.
- Consistently moving throughout their area and engaging with clients.
- Handling several customer accounts simultaneously.
- Keeping detailed records of all current customers and possible prospects.
- Serving as a trustworthy brand ambassador during customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience in sales, especially within the construction or building materials sector.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Effective negotiation and closing abilities
- Capability to perform market analysis and evaluate industry trends.
- Skills in managing customer relationships
- Extremely driven and focused on achieving outcomes.
- Ability to travel throughout the designated area
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HND, or a relevant field is advantageous.
- Having experience in the hardware retail and wholesale sector is an advantage.
