Vehrad Transport & Haulage Co. LTD seeks to employ a Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Officer.
Responsibilities
- Memorize the costs and details of each deal.
- Confirming consumers’ language preferences while assisting them.
- Responding to consumer inquiries, complaints, and recommendations.
- Redirecting customers to the appropriate department, if necessary.
- In the event of an ambiguous situation, defer to management.
- Processing exchanges and refunds by our policies.
- Providing clients with information about additional items or services that may meet their needs.
- Monitoring call and email history to confirm that all clients have received assistance.
- Looking for patterns in consumer comments to generate recommendations about our offers.
- Conducting and receiving customer surveys on occasion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluency in French is required.
- A degree in Administration, Business, or Sales is required.
- Knowledge of mine operations is required.
- Applicant must be between 25 and 40 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel in and out of Ghana, West Africa.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including negotiation skills.
Location: Accra.
