Our mission, since its inception in 2016, has been to bring together all actors in the social entrepreneurship sector in order to strengthen and expand the ecosystem. Social Enterprise Ghana promotes business-friendly policies for social businesses and helps them gain access to skills, markets, and financing.
Job Description
Report to the Executive Director
The Grants and Proposals creation Manager is in charge of guaranteeing the organization’s financial sustainability by mobilizing diverse resources such as proposal creation, fundraising, corporate sponsorship and collaboration, and social business model promotion.
Responsibilities
- In charge of proposal development and resource mobilization.
- Create a full proposal, concept notes, and budgets to attract partners and donors.
- Develop and engage new partners, particularly corporate and international contributors.
Required Skill or Experience
The applicant must have the following.
- Masters in Business Administration (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
- Experience with resource proposal writing, fundraising, and partnership development.
- Minimum five years. Experience in for-profit, non-governmental, or social enterprises
