We are looking for a talented SALES ANALYST to join our team in ACCRA, GHANA. This person should be an expert in sales and work for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS SEGMENT.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate for this job will make an impact in the following ways:
- Collects and analyzes market demand from distributors and gives leaders the information they can use to complete the region’s forecast.
- Uses tools and reporting databases to look at the data and draw conclusions that can be used to make decisions.
- Consolidates and manages sales projections for volumes and financial effects in both the monthly demand planning process and the strategic planning process, while working cross-functionally to support the annual operating planning process.
- Encourages, helps, and carries out the creation of new methods, processes, and procedures.
- Supports profitable growth or new business opportunities with the key accounts and helps with cost initiatives.
- Uses Cummins tools and processes to make sure reports, forecasts, and records are correct.
Qualifications and Experience Required
For the candidate to do well in this job, he or she will need:
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI to deal with large amounts of data
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Demand Planning and financial skills
- The ability to talk to or interact well with other people, as well as the ability to listen and give a good presentation.
- To handle projects while working with stakeholders in different time zones, you need project management skills.
