1. I.T Officer
Job Description.
- Maintains computer systems and software for smooth operation.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.
- Implements security measures to prevent viruses and unauthorized access.
- Manages the organization’s database and backups data on a regular basis.
- Assists users with computer-related issues and advises on proper software or hardware usage.
- Responsibilities include testing and evaluating new hardware and software and teaching personnel on the effective use of computer systems and applications.
- Keeps up with advances in computing technology and advises updates or modifications as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- IT diploma or HND • 1+ years of expertise with computer networks and system maintenance.
- A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate certification is advantageous.
- Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in database programming and software installation.
2. Accounts Executive
Job Description.
- Keep and evaluate financial records
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Maintaining regular budgets.
- Reporting on expenses and profits.
- Assessing internal management systems, procedures, and hazards in order to make recommendations.
- Managing business accounts and preparing financial reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or degree.
- Prior job experience as an accounting officer.
- Understanding and proficiency in accounting principles.
- Proficiency with management systems.
- Administrative skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other accounting applications.
