Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit current and possible customers, and keep in touch with established accounts regularly by phone, mail, or in person.
- Set up meetings and make sales calls, telemarketing calls, and site visits to all current and new corporate commercial accounts.
- Follow up on lost business and let the head of the group know what you find out.
- Talk to all of your customers and send them offers and contracts for both individual and group businesses.
- Follow the results of sales and marketing and suggest changes if necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reviews and six-month progress reports for the people, analyzes them, and follow up on them.
- Keeps the hotel building and all of its tools in good shape.
- Makes sure that clear and effective schedules for preventive repair are followed.
- Effectively gets the message out about overall repair and care
