Job Posting at International Fertilizer Development Center
POSITION: Department Director, Country Engagement
About IFDC
IFDC is an international organization that works in 27 countries across Africa, Asia, and America. It focuses on improving food security and reducing poverty. IFDC connects research with real-world impact by using scientific innovations, developing market systems, creating supportive policies, and building partnerships.
Their goal is to help farmers and countries find and use sustainable agricultural solutions, which also means using nutrients better. This helps improve soil health and crop production while minimizing the environmental effects of fertilizer use. IFDC takes research and puts it into action by using solutions that are environmentally friendly and community-driven. With its partners, IFDC aims to close the gap in agricultural output, eliminate global hunger, protect our soil, and strengthen the economic stability of farming families and their countries.
