1. Director of Operations
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution • Post-graduate qualification in auditing, accounting, or comparable field of specialization
- A certified member of a professional recognized body, such as the ICA, ACCA, or CIA.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant auditing or accounting experience in a reputable public or private organization, with 5 years at the senior management level.
- Computer literacy and the ability to use computer-aided techniques for auditing.
2. Deputy Director of Procurement
Qualifications & Experience
- Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution,
- A post-graduate qualification, certification from a recognized body
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience at the Senior Management level in the public or private sector, and
- Computer literacy for procurement.
3. Director of Human Resource Management and Administration
Qualifications and Experience
- Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized tertiary institution, a post-graduate certificate in HRM, and certification from a professional body such as CIHRM.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a reputable public sector organization, with 5 years at Senior Management level in either the public or private sector.
- Computer literacy and appreciation for the use of computer tools for human interaction.
